This 60-second test strip for blood urea nitrogen (BUN) employs a plastic strip that is affixed at one end with a controlled reagent mixture to provide indications of BUN levels. Each strip provides semiquantitative estimates from 5 to 80mg/dL. The test requires one drop of whole blood for determinations.
